Q: HOW DO I GET TO PESONA RESORT?
Pesona Beach Resort & Spa is situated in the central area of Gili Trawangan, a short walk from the harbor where the fast boats drop you off. When you jump off of the boat onto the white sandy shores, go left & take a 5 minute stroll down to Pesona Beach Resort & Spa. If you have heavy bags you can hire a horse cart for approximately 100,000 IDR and they will bring you to our door step.
Q: PAYMENT TERMS
We accept Visa and Mastercard, please note there is a 3% surcharge. If you are making an email booking we can take payment via whatsapp or phone call. If you are a traveler living on the edge and don’t like to make reservations we of course accept cash on arrival. If you have a local bank we accept bank transfer or if you prefer PayPal we can easily send you a request with a 5% surcharge.

Full deposit must be made in order to make a reservation for transfers or room.
Q: ARE THERE ATMS ON THE ISLAND?
Yes. We have many ATMs on the island but if it is a major holiday we recommend bringing some cash as they can run out. We have safes in our rooms to keep your money secure.
Q: WHERE’S THE BEST PLACE TO SEE SUNSET?
The sun sets over Bali’s Mt Agung or the ocean, depending the time of year, on the quieter side of the island. We recommend Gili Teak for fancy but affordable cocktails and dinner, The Exile for reggae music and a drum circle or Casa Vintage for a nice meal, all with the best swings so make sure you are Insta-ready!
Q: DO YOU HAVE A SPECIAL MENU FOR PURE VEG OR JAIN?
Yes. Many of our customers have dietary restrictions and we are happy to accommodate. Please ask your waiter to assist you with items on our existing menu or to show you our Jain menu options.
Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO COOK IN YOUR ROOMS?
No. We do not allow guests to cook their own food in our hotel rooms or in our restaurant. We have an extensive menu that caters to Pure Veg, Jain, Vegan, Gluten Intolerant and other dietary restrictions. We are also happy to point you in the right direction of other restaurants on the island that can accommodate you. Alternatively, if you need a facility for preparing your own meals, we are happy to help you book Villa Mimpi - a 3 bedroom villa with full kitchen located in the Kelapa Luxury Villas complex.
Q: CAN I USE MY OWN TOBACCO IN YOUR HOOKAHS? OR CAN YOU JUST SELL ME COAL?
No. We are pleased to offer 17 different varieties of imported sheesha tobacco from Al Fakar brand, and we require the use of these tobaccos when smoking in our resort. We thank you for your kind understanding that this is a business and we reserve the right to refuse to rent the equipment for private use or sell you “coal only.”
